Kim's Birthday

Friday night David took me to dinner at Pearl on the Peak. It is located at the Peak Tower. We had literally the best table in the restaurant, in the corner with glass windows on either side, overlooking the city lights. We couldn't get a good picture inside of both me and the view simultaneously due to the glass reflection with the camera flash. Approximately every 15 minutes, we also saw the famous peak tram shuffling tourists up and down. We had the prime view of that as well from our location. I ate a mushroom soup with truffle to start, linguine, paella and a chocolate dessert with white chocolate ice cream...never had white chocolate ice cream before. Also, David gave me a pretty heart necklace for my birthday.

The night before my birthday, Andrea took me to dinner at an Egyptian place called Habibi.
